Candidate should have experience providing psychological services to youth ages 13-17. We strongly prefer considerable knowledge of the principles and methods of psychological services delivery including psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, relevant psychometric instruments, and individual and group psychotherapy in an acute adolescent treatment setting. Knowledge of the principles of psychiatric rehabilitation is strongly preferred, as is knowledge of applied behavioral analysis theory and technique in an adolescent treatment environment. Expertise in evidence-based adolescent treatment program design and evaluation is also preferred. The successful candidate will function as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team.
