In accordance with the State Human Rights Committee’s Guidance, Providers will need to complete the Annual and Quarterly Reports for inclusion in the LHRC Agenda packets. Submit agenda items to marcia.richardson@dbhds.virginia.gov with a copy to nan.neese@dbhds.virginia.gov or send to either c/o of SWVMHI, 340 Bagley Circle, Marion VA 24354. NOTE: If schools in Smyth County are cancelled, LHRC meeting will be cancelled.
